RETURN POLICY
Any damaged or defective CD will be exchanged with the same vol./issue and must be returned to us within 30 days of the original order. Please call our sales department at 800-711-9649 to arrange all return or exchange.


SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATIONS
All cancellations require a full one-month notice, and must be cancelled by contacting our Sales Department during regular business hours by phone at 978-649-2525.
Platinum Subscriptions:
Your Platinum account will continue to be billed until you have called to confirm cancellation with an XMIX sales representative. All cancelled/terminated subscribers who would like to re-subscribe to the Platinum Subscription at any time in the future will be required to sign a 1-year commitment agreement.
Prepaid Subscriptions:
Upon cancellation of any prepaid XMIX series subscription, you will be charged the individual regular price for any of the CDs that you have already received. Any remaining amount will be refunded as a "store credit," and can be used towards any future order (phone orders only).


NO SALES TAX !
The DJ Wholesale Club charges NO Sales Tax for all customers outside of Massachusetts! MA residents add 6.25% sales tax.

All prices listed on www.xmix.com reflect discounted DJ Wholesale Club member pricing. To place an order without purchasing an annual membership, please call our sales department at 800-711-9649. Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice. Not responsible for typographical errors.


PAYMENT METHODS
Credit Cards:
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Please indicate if your shipping address is different from your billing address.
Money Orders: Make Money Orders payable to the DJ Wholesale Club, Inc.
Checks: For pre-paid orders we accept company and personal checks. Please allow 10 business days for checks to clear before we can ship your order.
C.O.D.: Please call 800-711-XMIX or 978-649-2525 to arrange.

All web orders are processed at 12:00pm EST (Any web order placed after 12:00pm EST will be processed the following business day)


PLATINUM SUBSCRIPTION REQUIREMENTS

You Must be a Professional Working DJ.

You must have a valid credit card on file. When you receive a new credit card from your bank (for any reason) you must contact our Sales Department to update the account number and expiration date on file. Please contact our Sales Department at 978-649-2525.

You must maintain an available balance for your monthly subscription fee on your credit card. We will automatically charge your credit card the last week of each month (for following month). Failed credit card charge attempts will result in decline fees ($5.00 per decline).

You must notify us of any address change at least 2 weeks before you move. We are not responsible for any packages shipped to an outdated address.

All XMIX MUSIC is intended for use by the sole subscriber only. You agree to use all XMIX music in both physical (CD / DVD) & digital format on ONE DJ SYSTEM ONLY. You must purchase a separate subscription for each system and/or DJ. Copying, selling, sharing, or redistributing of any XMIX music (via any format) is strictly prohibited. You must keep the original CDs or DVDs. You cannot sell, trade, or discard the original CDs or DVDs at any time. You cannot share your XMIX Digital account, user name and/or password with anyone. Violation will result in immediate termination of your account. Any violation of these terms will be reported. Your XMIX account and all future sales will be permanently terminated, and/or the account holder prosecuted.

A signed agreement is required for this subcription.
